Yoghurt Ices
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon gelatine
1/4 – 1/2 cup Easiyo Fruit Squirt Topping
2 cups yoghurt
1. Place the water in a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatine over. Allow to stand for a few minutes while the gelatine swells. Gently heat, stirring occasionally, until the gelatine is completely dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
2. In a bowl combine the flavouring and the yoghurt. Gently stir in the gelatine. Pour into ice block containers and freeze until required.
