Yoghurt and Fruit
1 apple, peeled and grated
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 cup dried apricots or apples or a combination of both
1/2 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
200g carton full-fat natural yoghurt or fruit flavoured yoghurt if preferred
1. Mix the apple with the orange juice.
2. Combine with all the remaining ingredients and leave overnight in a covered container in the refrigerator.
3. Serve for breakfast.
