White Christmas
1 cup powdered milk
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup coconut
3 cups rice bubbles
1 cup sultanas
250g copha
1 teaspoon vanilla
1. Put the powdered milk, icing sugar, coconut, rice bubbles and sultanas into a bowl. Dissolve copha in a saucepan, add vanilla and pour into the bowl with the other ingredients.
2. Press into a greased tray and allow to set. Cut into squares or diamonds and package. This can be cellophane gift-wrapped.
