Weekender Biscuits
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup sultanas
1 cup SR flour
1 cup cornflakes (lightly crushed)
1. Set oven to 180C.
2. Collect all utensils and ingredients.
3. Grease oven trays.
4. Lightly beat egg, sift flour.
5. Cream butter and sugar until light.
6. Add egg and beat until smooth.
7. Drop teaspoonfuls into cornflakes. Toss lightly.
9. Place on trays, leave enough space for spreading.
10. Bake about 20 minutes until golden. Cool on tray.
