Vinaigrette
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp light brown sugar
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced rosemary
3 cloves garlic, sliced or minced
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl and whisk or shake until well mixed. If you use sliced garlic, it will just sit at the bottom of the jar, gradually improving the taste of the dressing.
Whisk or shake the dressing immediately before each serving.
Keep in a covered bowl or closed jar.
