Turkish Spinach Dip
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small brown onion, chopped finely
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp curry powder
100g trimmed spinach leaves, shredded finely
500g thick yoghurt
1. Heat oli in pan and cook onion and garlic. Add spices; cook stirring, until fragrant. Add spinach; cook until spinach wilts. Transfer mixture to serving bowl and cool 10 mins.
2. Stir yoghurt into mixture, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Serve cold with assorted crudités.
