Tuna and Asparagus Mornay
Age: 12 months +
1 x 425g Greenseas Tuna in Springwater40g Tin Tuna
1 x 440g tin asparagus, drained
1 cup mixed vegetables (diced and cooked)
3 cups milk
Flour
Butter
Grated Cheese
1. Make basic white sauce with butter, flour and milk.
2. Drain tuna and asparagus and add to white sauce. Stir well. Add mixed vegetable and stir until well heated.
3. Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
4. This freezes well. But in individual serving size containers and freeze until required.
