Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 cup low fat natural yoghurt
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup diet tomato sauce
1 Tbsp celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp horseradish
Tabasco sauce
pepper
Place all ingredients in a jar and shake. Refrigerate for up to 1 week. Delicious with all seafood.
