Strawberry Sherbet
4 cups strawberries, hulled and washed
2 cups castor sugar
3 cups natural yoghurt
1. Slice strawberries, place into bowl of electric mixer or blender, add sugar. Beat at medium speed until berries are crushed and sugar has dissolved.
2. Blend in the yoghurt.
3. Chill, process/beat mixture and freeze.
Serves 6-8.
