Steak, Onion and Tomato with Gravy
1kg blade steak, trimmed and cut into med-small pieces
2 onions sliced
4 tomatoes thickly sliced
chopped basil and parsley
seasoning to taste
2 Tbsp gravy mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup read wine
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Layer the meat, onion and tomatoes with the herbs and seasonings in dish.
Whisk gravy mix with water, wine and sauces. Pour over meat and vegetables.
Cook on auto for the day.
