Sour Cream and Apple Slice
1 Vanilla Cake Mix
100g Melted Butter
1 Cup of Coconut
1 Small Tin of Pie Apples
1 Egg
250g Sour Cream
Cinnamon
Combine melted butter, cake mix and coconut. Mix well. Spread over base of square tin and bake for 10 mins on 180c.
Mash Apples.
Spread over base.
Mix egg with sour cream and spread over. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake a further 25 – 30 minutes on 180c. and voila.
