Small Cakes
1/4 lb butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cup S.R. flour
3/4 cup milk
Cream butter and sugar, then add beaten eggs and milk.
Add flavouring if desired, or currants or sultanas, then flour.
Cook in hot oven about 15 min.
