Seafood and Avocado Pies
2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
200g fish fillets, diced
1 small avocado, diced
black pepper to taste
1. Heat oil in a Frypan, cook onion and garlic until transparent. Add fish and fry until just cooked.
2. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
3. Make pies as per instructions.
