Rum Balls
8 weetbix
1 Tin Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon of Rum
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa
1 Cup Sultanas
1/2 Cup Coconut + extra for rolling.
Crumble weetbixs. Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate mixture for 1/2 hr (makes it easier to roll mixture into balls)
Roll mixture into small balls and roll in extra coconut.
Mixture makes approx 20 Rumballs (so make them twice)
I made this without the sultanas – and added an extra piece of weet-bix.
