Rice Bubble Toffee Slice
I cup chopped dates
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
4 cups Rice Bubbles
Cooking chocolate for topping
Melt butter and sugar, add dates and simmer for 10 minutes, or until it turns into a gooey toffee. Add rice bubbles, mix well. Press into a square baking tin or dish. Pour melted chocolate over. Cut into squares when cold.
Tip: Adding some Copha to the chocolate makes it go further.
