Raspberry, Strawberry and Coconut Smoothie
Serves: 2
125g (1 cup) frozen raspberries
125g ripe strawberries, hulled, washed, chopped
4 scoops strawberry ice-cream
130g (1/2 cups) vanilla yoghurt
500ml (2 cups) chilled milk
1 Tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp coconut essence
1 cup crushed ice
1. Place the raspberries, strawberries, ice-cream, yoghurt, milk, sugar, coconut essence and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour evenly among serving glasses and serve immediately.
