Rainbow Acai Bowl (Thermomix)
serves 1
130g coconut yoghurt
35g frozen blueberries,
30g frozen raspberries
1 tsp each: acai powder, white chia seeds
50g mango flesh
1/4 ripe banana, sliced
2 strawberries, hulled, sliced
1 1/2 tbsp fresh blueberries
1 tbsp pistachios, toasted and chopped
1 small orange, segmented
- Place first set of ingredients into TM bowl. Process 30 secs/speed 9. Scrape down lid and bowl.
- Blend 10 secs/speed 10.
- Pour into a serving bowl.
- Arrange the next lot of ingredients over the top and serve.
