Pozzie’s Meatloaf
2kg mince
tomato sauce
onions, finely diced
Worcestershire sauce
bbq sauce
Italian herbs
breadcrumbs
grated carrots
2 eggs to bind
Mix all together and place a layer around base of casserole dish.
Then using more of the mince mixture make divisions – break whole eggs into them – then cover with final layer of mince mix.
Bake in the oven in a casserole dish which is placed in a baking dish half filled with water for approx an hour, depending on size.
This recipe is all totally to personal taste. The quantity is enough for 6-8 people.
