500g mince
1 small onion, grated
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup short grain rice, uncooked
pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 can tomato soup

# Place mince, grated onion, flour, rice and pepper in a bowl.
# Add beaten egg and mix well together.
# With floured hands form into balls.
# Mix soup with 1 can of water and heat to boiling point.
# Place meatballs in casserole dish, making only one layer.
# Cover and cook in oven for approx. 1 hour until rice is cooked.
