Pizza Dough
500g flour
1 cup tepid water
small handful salt
small handful sugar
1 sachet of yeast
Mix dry ingredients, dump it on the kitchen bench and make a well in the middle.
Slowly add water and mix together with a knife, until it starts to look a bit more (crumbly) dough like and less flour like – you don’t need to use all of the water here.
Then start to knead it together with your hands.
Keep kneading until its smooth and elastic, adding splashes of water if necessary.
Separate into 2 and roll out into bases.
