Mudhoney Pizza
400g pizza dough (Make 2 x 25cm pizza bases)
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
20g white chocolate
20g milk chocolate
20g dark chocolate
50g whipped vanilla honey
10g icing sugar
10g chocolate fudge sauce
1 Tbsp double cream
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder and caster sugar, then add eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until evenly mixed, then spread evenly on each of your pizza bases and cook at 180-200C in a conventional fan-forced oven for seven to ten minutes. When ready, dust with icing sugar, place chocolate evenly around pizzas (can grate, dice etc) and drizzle with honey and chocolate fudge sauce. Serve with a dollop of double cream.
