Moroccan Hommus Dip
400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 lemon, juiced
1-1.5 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
3/4 teaspoon Moroccan seasoning
1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper
Italian parsley, chopped
# Place chickpeas, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic and seasonings in food processor. Process until smooth.
# Spoon into bowl. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper and drizzle with a little extra olive oil if desired.
