Mexican Dip
2 cans of refried beans
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 cup of tasty cheese
250g of sour cream
1 bunch of coriander
2 roma tomatoes
1 avocado
Scoop out refried beans into a serving dish, making sure to smooth it out so it is layered out even in dish.
In a bowl combine taco seasoning and sour cream, once mixed well, layer on top of refried bean mix, ensuring it is even.
Chop up tomatoes, avocado, and coriander finely, and mix in a separate bowl, also if handy add a dash of lemon juice, this will stop the avocado going brown, Spread evenly into dish and top with tasty cheese.
Serve with corn chips
