Mediterranean Pies
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
100g mushrooms
4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 small zucchini, grated
2 artichoke hearts, quartered
1/3 cup tasty cheese grated
1. Heat oil in a Skillet; cook onion until oftened. Add mushrooms and tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, combine with remaining ingredients; cool.
2. Make pies as per instructions.
