Mashed Apple
Age: 4 months +
2 fresh apples
Wash and peel fruit, then slice, removing core. Place in a small saucepan with 1 tablespoon of boiling water. Simmer gently with lid on until tender, or microwave.
When apple is cool, fork mash until smooth. Place 1-2 tablespoons in babys serving bowl, place the remainder in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze.
