Mango And Peach Gel
Age: 6 months +
Makes 2 baby portions or one older child/adult portion
10g Gelatine
1 cup boiling water
80g pureed peach
80g pureed mango
In a bowl, sprinkle gelatine onto the boiling water and stir thoroughly to ensure it dissolves completely. Add the puréed fruit and stir to combine. Pour into a small dish, allow to cool slightly. Refrigerate overnight.
Toddlers can help out by pureeing the fruit by mashing with a fork.
