Malted Egg Flip
Serves 4
3 cups milk
4 eggs
1/4 cup malt powder
3 teaspoons vanilla
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend mixture until smooth. Pour into glasses, top with chocolate shavings and sprinkle with a little nutmeg.
