Lemon Slice
1 pkg. Marie biscuits, crushed
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
2/3 cup melted butter
Icing:
2/3 cup icing sugar
2 to 3 tsp. hot water
1 tbsp. melted butter
Lemon juice, to taste
Mix ingredients of base together and press into a lightly greased 30×25-cm. tin. Combine Icing ingredients together and pour over the base. Place in refrigerator until icing sets. Slice and serve.
