Kahlua
1 qt water
2 1/2 cup Sugar
3 tbsp Instant coffee
1 tbsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cup Vodka
Bring water, sugar and coffee to a boil in a saucepan. Simmer very slowly for 3 hours. Mixture will be very dark and syrupy. Cool. Add vanilla and vodka.
Makes 7 cups.
