Herbed Pork Pies
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
300g pork fillet, sliced
1/2 tablespoon apple sauce
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1. Heat oil in Frypan. Add pork fillet and cook for 3 minutes; cool.
2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
3. Make pies as per instructions.
