Herbed Cream Cheese Pate
100g soft butter
2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Splenda
fresh black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2tsp fresh thyme leaves
250g cream cheese, softened
2tabs lemon juice
2 tabs cream
Cream butter. Add ingredients one at a time in order given, beating well after each addition. Fill small pots, or one large. If want to turn out, line with glad first.
