Hedgehog Slice
Hedgehog Base:
175g butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
4 Tablespoons Cocoa
1 egg, lightly beaten
250g packet biscuits, broken into pieces
Chocolate Topping:
250g milk chocolate, chopped coarsely
50g butter
# Melt butter, sugar and cocoa over a medium heat, stir until sugar dissolves.
# Remove from heat and add the egg and biscuits. Press mixture into a slab/slice pan lined with baking paper. Chill for at least 1 hour.
# Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over slice. Put in fridge to set, you need to leave it for at least 30 minutes but longer is better so the chocolate can set. Slice and serve.
