Ham and Mushroom Pies
30g butter
250g mushrooms, chopped
100g ham, chopped
1 tablespoon plain flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. Melt butter in a saucepan, add mushrooms and stir over a low heat for approximately 5 minutes.
2. Add ham and flour, stir over a low heat for 1 minute. Remove pan from heat and add milk slowly and then the Parmesan.
3. Stir over a low heat, until mixture boils and thickens; cool.
4. Make pies as per instructions.
