Guacamole Dip
1 avocado, diced
1 lime, juiced
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
About 3 tablespoons of green onion, minced or regular white onion
3 cup green pepper, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
Just mix all the ingredients together or you can actually smash the ingredients and have it be a chunky paste like constancy. Add salt to taste.
The downside of making anything with avocado is that it lasts only a day, than turns brown.
This also is great with tortilla chips or served with a Mexican dish you make.
My avacado dip never goes brown, always leave the large seed(stone) on top of the dip until ready to serve
