Green Curry Chicken Pies
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
250g chicken thigh fillets, diced
3-4 teaspoons green curry paste
1/3 cup coconut milk
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup finely sliced green beans
1. Heat oil in Frypan. Cook chicken until browned. Add paste, coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and beans. Simmer for 3 minutes or until beans are just tender; cool.
2. Make pies as per instructions.
