Fudge Cake
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup of caster sugar
1 cup of water
1 tsp imitation vanilla essence
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Turn oven to 180c. Dust the inside of the tin with flour. Put flour, cocoa, sugar and water in a bowl. Add vanilla, vinegar and oil. Mix it all together with a whisk. When smooth, pour into the tin. Bake 35-40mins. Cool for 10 minutes. When cold mix 1 cup of icing sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, 1 tablespoon of butter and hot water. When smooth, spread over cake.
