Fat Free Chocolate Mud Cake
2 1/2 cups self raising flour
2 cups castor flour
1 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
25 prunes (pitted)
1 cup tinned or cooked apple
2 cups skim milk
3 egg whites
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Beat egg whites until firm.
3. Process prunes in a blender or food processor.
4. Stir milk and apple into the prunes and dry ingredients.
5. Fold in beaten egg whites.
6. Cook for 1 and a half hours in a moderate over (it may take longer depending on the oven).
Serving Suggestion: Serve with fat free ice cream!
