Easy One Pan Mince Chow Mein
500g mince
1 cup diced celery
1/2 head cabbage, chopped (Savoy or Chinese cabbage works well)
2 medium onions, chopped
1 cup frozen or fresh green beans
1 cup rice
1 packet chicken noodle soup
2 chicken stock cubes
2 Tbsp oil
2 cups water
soy sauce to taste
1. Fry mince and onion in the oil.
2. Add rice, soup, stock cubes and water. Bring to the boil while stirring.
3. Reduce heat and add vegetables. Cook until rice is soft, then add soy sauce to taste.
4. Can be served on a bed of noodles.
