Easy Fudge
1 can condensed milk
400g good quality chocolate
1/2 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1/2 cup pecans/walnuts/hazelnuts (optional, whatever you like)
Over a very low heat melt the chocolate. Grab a wooden spoon and pour condensed milk into the melted chocolate. Now stir like crazy. Add peanut butter and nuts, this will give your arms a workout. Once all ingredients are mixed it will look glossy; pour into a lined tray (20x30cm). Put in fridge to set; when set cut into little cubes and wrap in cellophane, add some ribbon.
Tip – If you want top of fudge to be all smooth get some greaseproof paper and put on top and smooth over with your hand, peel off when set.
