Dumplings
6 eggs
heavy cream
salt
cheese
peppers, red and green
2 tbsp of chilli powder
Mix all ingredients together until a stiff paste is formed, put in a oven proof bowl. Bake for 30 mins until mixture is stiff. Let cool.
Take handfuls of the mixture, roll into balls and put on a baking tray.
Cook in oven for further 35-40 mins on 350’F, until crisp.
