Decadent Passionfruit Slice
1 cup sugar
1 cup coconut (dessicated)
1 cup SR flour
125g butter
395g can of condensed milk (not the lite one)
170g can passionfruit pulp
# In a large bowl mix together sugar, coconut, SR flour. Add 125g melted butter.
# Press into the base of a lined & greased 22cm square pan.
# Bake at 180c (160c for fan forced) for 10-15 minutes then cool for 15 minutes.
# Combine condensed milk and passionfruit pulp; pour over cooled base.
# Return to oven for 10-15mins then chill until set.
# Cut into squares to serve.
