Damper
1 cup SR flour
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon milk powder
1/2 – 3/4 cup water (mixed with milk powder)
1. Preheat oven to 225C.
2. Grease scone tray.
3. Sift flour – rub in margarine until mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.
4. Make a well in mixture and stir in milk to make a soft dough.
5. Shape into damper.
6. Glaze – bake until cooked through.
7. Serve with golden syrup and margarine.
