Chocolate Protein Bars
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp splenda
3/4 cup whey protein Isolate, chocolate
1 cup chopped pecans
1 can chopped almonds
1/2 Cup coconut shreds, unsweetened
1 square unsweetened chocolate
Melt butter, chocolate, and cream in microwave.
Add protein powder, nuts and coconut.
At this point the mix is fairly crumbly.
Then add warm water 1 tbsp at a time until the mixture just comes together.
Spread in a plastic lined loaf pan and chill.
