Chocolate Marshmallow Cheesecake

Chocolate Marshmallow Cheesecake

Base
1 packet of wine biscuits
pinch of cinnamon
115 g butter

Filling
1 cake of chocolate
1 packet of pink and white marshmallows (100g)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipped cream

Crush biscuits, add melted butter and cinnamon. Press into dish. Chill. Melt chocolate and marshmallows in saucepan with milk, put in fridge to set. Beat cream; then beat into mixture. Pour over base and leave to set. Cover with whipped cream.
