Chocolate Fudge Puddings
1 1/2 cups cake crumbs
3/4 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
200 g Cooking Chocolate, melted
3 eggs, separated
1/4 cup plain flour
2 Tbsp Marsala
icing sugar
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Combine cake crumbs, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Cooking Chocolate, egg yolks, flour and Marsala.
3. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gently fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into 6 x 1/2 cup individual ovenproof dishes.
4. Bake 25-30 minutes until cooked. Dust with icing sugar, serve immediately with cream or ice cream.
