Chocolate Cream Liqueur
400g can sweetened condensed milk
300ml carton cream
3 eggs
1 cup whisky
1 1/2 tbsp bottled chocolate topping
1/4 tsp coconut essence
Blend or process all ingredients together. Pour into sterilised bottle or jar, seal, store in cool dark place. This drink does not require refrigeration or keeping time for flavours to develop.
