Chocolate Clusters
200g dark chocolate
3tbsp golden syrup
80g butter
2 cups cornflakes
100g dried apricots (roughly chopped)
1 cup raisins
Place the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl over barely simmering water. Stir occasionally until all is melted and blended smoothly. Mix cornflakes, apricots and raisins in a large bowl and pour over melted choc mixture. Mix thoroughly and carefully spoon into paper cases pressing down gently as you go. Place in fridge and leave until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
