Chocolate Cheesecake Slice
Makes: 10 pieces
250g plain chocolate biscuits, crushed
90g butter, melted
3 tsp gelatine
2 Tbsp hot water
250g cream cheese
395g can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup cream, whipped
125g Dark Melts, melted
1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press firmly into foil-lined 18cm x 28cm lamington pan, refrigerate.
2. Dissolve gelatine in hot water, cool.
3. Beat cream cheese and Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth; beat in lemon juice and gelatine. Fold in whipped cream, pour over prepared base.
4. Pour Dark Melts evenly over filling, swirl through filling. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
