Chocolate Cake in a Mug
4 Tablespoons self-raising flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
1 mug
Place flour into mug, add sugar and cocoa; mix.
Spoon in 1 egg; mix.
Pour in milk and oil; mix well.
Put in microwave for 3 minutes on maximum/high power.
Wait until it stops rising and sets in the mug.
Tip contents out of mug onto saucer and enjoy!
ok I made this 2ce. 1st time for my partner – it was a bit dry. 2nd time for me .. I cooked mine for 2 1/2 mins and wasn’t dry. Will try 2 mins next time and see what that is like.
This is a very lovely cake and would go well with chocolate sauce.
ok i made this again .. I would recommend 2 minutes mmmm nice and moist.
Just made a Choc Cheesecake version of Cake in a mug, ill let you know how it went, but looks and smells awesome and all in 2mins
