Chocolate Brownie
500g butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
3 eggs lightly beaten
100g white cooking chocolate melted
1 cup plain flour
Melt butter and sugar. Add cocoa, eggs, flour and melted chocolate. Mix thoroughly and pour into a greased slice tray. Place in 180C oven for 30 mins or until cooked in middle. Cool, ice with chocolate icing, cut into squares.
